An Indian-origin student, who completed his degree from Oxford in 2000, has filed a lawsuit against the university for 'boring' teaching. Accusing the university staff of "negligent" teaching in his specialist course, the student argued that it resulted in him getting a second class degree and led to the loss of earnings in his career as a lawyer.
