There is a jellyfish that can age backwards

A species of jellyfish, Turritopsis dohrnii, can age normally as well as backwards, making it theoretically 'immortal'. In case of starvation or physical damage, the jellyfish transforms its existing cells into a younger state, according to a research. Capable of reversing the ageing process, the species is believed to be the only immortal creature in the world.
