The US administration has backed India in its opposition to China's One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative, saying the $60 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) under the project passes through the disputed territory in Kashmir. US Defence Secretary James Mattis, after his India visit, said, "No one nation should put itself into a position of dictating 'one belt, one road'."
