Kris Duggan, the CEO of Silicon Valley-based software startup BetterWorks, has resigned from his post following a lawsuit alleging that he assaulted a former employee at a company retreat. According to reports, Duggan will serve as the CEO until the company finds his replacement and will later serve as the firm's President.
