NASA has released a time-lapse of 5 years Mars surface footage captured by its Curiosity rover. Since its touchdown, Curiosity has travelled about 16 km on the planet's Gale crater sending over 2 lakh images back to Earth. The rover has also drilled Mars' surface in its mission to find if the Red planet ever supported microbial life.
