What is ICC's new financial model?

ICC's revenue distributed to members is a certain percentage of the Board's contribution, with the surplus being equally distributed among all members. The new financial model cuts down funds for the 'Big Three', India, England and Australia, and distributes those among smaller members. India will lose the most, approximately ₹1,000 crore, England will lose ₹200 crore, while other members gain.
