World's most expensive telescope surrounded by floodwater

The $8.8-billion James Webb Space Telescope, the biggest and most expensive space observatory built so far, is surrounded by floodwaters as Hurricane Harvey hit Texas. NASA's Johnson Space Center, which houses the telescope, would be closed until further notice, said officials, while "Mission Essential Personnel" were required to stay on-site for maintaining contact with the space station.
