Sobrino de Botín in Madrid, Spain, which is the world's oldest restaurant according to Guinness World Records, has been in operation since 1725. Located in the heart of Madrid, it now has four floors which retain the original 18th-century interiors as well as the original firewood oven. Interestingly, the building which currently houses the restaurant dates back to 1590.
