Muthoot Finance's arm Belstar Microfinance has filed preliminary papers with SEBI to raise ₹1,300 crore via IPO. The Chennai-based firm's IPO is a combination of fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹1,000 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹300 crore by investor shareholders. Danish asset manager MAJ Invest and Arum Holdings will sell shares worth ₹175 crore and ₹97 crore respectively.
