SEBI has rejected National Stock Exchange's (NSE) proposal to extend trading hours, CEO Ashishkumar Chauhan said. Stock brokers seem to have not given the feedback that SEBI sought with regard to the proposal, Chauhan said. The proposal was a phased plan to keep derivates market open for three hours between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm and later till 11:30 pm.
