Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has claimed that PM Narendra Modi keeps bringing up 'mangalsutras' and Muslims in his speeches because Congress is gaining a majority. "[PM Modi] says we'll steal your wealth and give it to those who've more children. Poor people always have more children. Do only Muslims have them (more children)? I have five children," he added.
