Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely has resigned from the post, citing displeasure over the alliance with AAP and its choice of candidates for the North-East Delhi and North-West Delhi Lok Sabha seats. In his resignation letter, Lovely also accused the general secretary of Delhi Congress unit of not allowing him to function.
