ED on Monday recovered over ₹20 crore from household help of Sanjiv Lal, the Personal Secretary of Jharkhand Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam, in Ranchi. Alam, a Congress leader, is a four-time MLA from the Pakur constituency. He was first elected from the Pakur constituency in 2000. Alam served as the Speaker of the Jharkhand Assembly from 2006 to 2009.
