While opposing Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's plea against his arrest in Delhi excise policy case, the ED told the Supreme Court (SC) that 170 mobile phones were changed/destroyed by 36 persons. The ED stated that crucial digital evidence and money trail have been actively destroyed. It also stated that Kejriwal was directly involved in the formulation of the liquor policy.
