A group of investors led by investment manager Manu Rishi Gupta have filed a class action suit with NCLT against ICICI Securities over their delisting plan, Moneycontrol reported. Over 100 shareholders are part of the lawsuit. They have raised concerns of due process not being followed, wrong valuation and attempts to influence shareholders to vote in favour of the delisting.
