The Punjab and Haryana High Court observed that a man and a woman might not be compatible as a couple but they can be good parents. The bench said, "Adultery can be grounds for divorce; however, it cannot be a reason for denying custody." Speaking from my experience as a child of parents stuck in a bad marriage, I disagree.
