Petitioner Ashok Aggarwal, who approached the court alleging non-supply of textbooks to over 2 lakh students in Delhi government schools, claimed that he saw 140 students sitting in one class in one of the schools. Reacting to Delhi High Court's criticism against the AAP government, the petitioner said Arvind Kejriwal's government "deserved to be lashed out".
