Maharashtra captain Ruturaj Gaikwad today became the first-ever cricketer to slam seven sixes in an over in a List A cricket match. With his 220*(159) against Uttar Pradesh, he recorded the highest-ever score for Maharashtra in List A cricket. He also slammed the most sixes (16) by a batter in a Vijay Hazare Trophy match.
