Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has, for the first time ever, appointed a "digital person" to act as its spokeswoman. The digital personality named Victoria Shi is based on Ukrainian singer and influencer Rosalie Nombre, who agreed to participate for public good and was filmed and digitised for the project. "Only Victoria Shi makes official comments on [our] behalf," the ministry said.
