A Delhi Police Sub-Inspector died after losing control of his scooter and colliding with a divider in Pragati Maidan tunnel on Saturday night. A CCTV footage showed NK Pavitharan lying on road near his helmet after the collision. An autorickshaw was seen near his scooter when the accident occurred. Pavitharan was taken to hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
