Grammy-winning singer Mandisa, who got her break as a contestant on American Idol - Season 5, was found dead aged 47 at her home in US' Tennessee on Thursday. The Franklin Police Department has opened an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death. Mandisa had won the Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for 'Overcomer' at the 56th Grammy Awards.
