Advocate Vishal Tiwari has filed a plea in the Supreme Court urging for the formation of an expert panel to investigate side effects of AstraZeneca's Covishield vaccine. The plea also calls for directives to establish a vaccine damage payment system for citizens severely impacted by the Covid-19 vaccination drive.
