Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that there're currently no grounds for peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. He said, "So far, at this moment, there're no premises for talks because everybody knows full well Ukraine's stance on rejecting any kind of negotiations. So the special military operation continues." He added that the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin "is well-known."
