Virat Kohli blew a kiss at departing batter Sharukh Khan in RCB's victory over GT today, the same action that saw Harshit Rana penalised for a Code of Conduct breach. Rana was later banned for a game for a second breach, but Kohli won't be, despite a previous breach, because only two of the same offences necessitate an increased punishment.
