300-year-old submerged village reappears due to drought in Philippines

A village settlement that is around 300 years old and was submerged by a dam in the 1970s has reappeared in the Philippines due to a prolonged drought. The water levels of the dam have decreased by almost 50 metres below their usual level. Half of the Philippines' provinces are officially experiencing drought conditions.
