The Delhi High Court issued notice to the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) following a petition alleging the disappearance of 70,000+ kilograms of heroin worth nearly Rs 5 lakh crore from government seizure records between 2018 and 2020. Justice Subramonium Prasad directed the Ministry of Finance and the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) to respond within four weeks.
