Infosys Founder NR Narayana Murthy said firms can bring in constant and sustainable competitive advantage vis-a-vis their competitors by doing things faster, cheaper and better. Murthy explained with an analogy saying, "When you clean a conference room...just spend a little time to find how many specs of dust are there...Take a decision that tomorrow I'll make sure there's one less."
