Arvinder Singh Lovely, who recently resigned as Delhi Congress chief, has said that he is not joining any political party. "I have resigned from the post but not from the party," he added. Claiming that the party workers are unhappy due to the alliance with AAP, he added that he was not fighting for a poll ticket.
