Former UPA-II government Union Minister Manish Tewari on Saturday said The Indian Express report alleging non-notified movement of two army units towards Delhi in January 2012 was “unfortunate… but true." The report said the movement took place on the night of the day then Army Chief General V K Singh approached the Supreme Court on his date of birth issue.
