Dubai will open an $8 million and reportedly the world's biggest glow-in-the-dark garden, ‘Dubai Garden Glow’, in its Zabeel Park on December 16, 2015. The garden will have illuminated installations including one of Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque made with 90,000 porcelain cups, plates and spoons, and a 12-metre-tall miniature Burj Khalifa with 3,30,000 bottles filled with coloured water.
