Triton EV has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat government to set up a ₹10,800 crore electric commercial vehicle production plant in Kutch. Initially, ₹1,200 crore will be invested by the company during FY23 for setting up the facility on a 645 acre plot in Bhuj. The unit will have annual production capacity of 50,000 trucks.
