'66% Indian kids have abnormal sugar levels'

According to a pan-India survey, 66.11% of Indian kids have "abnormal levels of sugar" in their bodies. Western India had the highest level of abnormality at 68.48% while South India had the least at 54.95%, director of the survey said. Rapid urbanisation and change in eating habits have led to such high levels of sugar in children, the director added.
