Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka dismissed "unwarranted" reports that claimed that Indian firms had been issuing visas on arrival to travellers at Colombo Airport. "The companies referred to in these reports are not India-based or Indian and are headquartered elsewhere," High Commission said. Sri Lankan authorities claimed that they've taken back the running of the 'Visa on Arrival' counters.
